Hi! I'm a lecturer at the Department of Exact Sciences / Federal University of Paraíba (UFPB), Brazil - Since 2014. I received my bachelor's and master's degree from the Federal University of Campina Grande (UFCG), where I researched software architecture for enterprise clusters integration. I participated in the Business-driven IT Management (BDIM) project in collaboration with HP Labs Palo Alto.

My research is focused on technical debt management decision making, using business perspectives. This research has an active collaboration with companies. We conduct empirical software engineering techniques to develop results that have a practical impact on the industry.

I like cycling. I am a coffee addicted and science enthusiast. I also love to play modern board games with my family and friends during my free time. Teaching is a passion that I have been practicing for more than 25 years. I am married to Ayla and the father of my two daughters Ana Luísa and Gabriela.

Feel free to contact me If I can help you with anything.

Playing and collecting modern board games is my hobby. I like to play in my spare time with friends and family. I also have an Instagram account (@trilhadepontos - pt-br) where I occasionally review some board games that I have the opportunity to play.

Here are the last board games I played (source Boardgamegeek.com):
